Sunset Trail Ride & BBQ: Come ride with our Wranglers, and experience the real West, the smell of leather and the feel of a Western saddle. Follow the winding trail down through the narrows on the canyon floor, where the erosion has carved natural dens, which the coyotes and bobcats make their home. Watch for wild burros as you cross the mesa. Then, under a sunset sky, see Red Rock Canyon and the majestic and red and purple stripes of color throughout the Spring Mountains. Climb to the top of the summit to overlook the glittering lights of Las Vegas. Look for the stars to come out as you ride back to camp at twilight. Step up to the grill for a thick, juicy steak, barbecued to your likin?, and served with all the fixin?s; crisp green salad, baked potato, baked beans, corn-on-the-cob, and soft drinks. For dessert, gather round the campfire for an old fashion, marshmallow roast and cowboy entertainment.
