Actor-comedian Ray Romano is the star of "Everybody Loves Raymond", the top
television sitcom that ended its nine-year CBS run last year. Romano appeared
on HBO stand-up comedy showcases early in his career. He won an Emmy for his
starring role as a harried family man and sports writer on "Raymond". He's
also shared two "best comedy series" Emmys with the rest of the show's
producing team.
