We stayed in the One Bedroom terrace with fountain views in the West End tower on the 51st floor. After reading some reviews, I was a wee bit skeptical of staying in this tower because of noise from the Marquee night club....turns out there was no reason to worry, Marquee is located in the East Side tower. The room was amazing. It came with a Japanese soaking tub (so relaxing), walk-in shower, kitchenette w/ dishwasher, and a queen size sofa bed (great if more than 2 are traveling). The concierge/bell service were great at arranging for direct shuttle service to and from the airport (only $7 pp). There are no resort fees unless you actually utilize the gym, etc. They have a great buffet called the Wicked Spoon which definitely puts a spin on the concept of buffet dining (you have to go a t least once). Room service was delivered very quickly, under 30 minutes which is great considering the sheer size of the hotel. The only negative that I could think of would be housekeeping. They come to tidy up the rooms pretty early (9:00-9:30am) but that is easily remedied by placing the "do not service" sign on the doorknob. Just a heads up, there are no coffeemakers or vending machines. All-in-all, a great hotel, in a great location. I will definitely stay at The Cosmopolitan again!!!

Had the terrace one bedroom suite with Japanese soaking tub. IT was amazing. The room was fantastic, and the amenities were awesome. The only trivial issue was the lighting at the writing desk. There was no overhead light, and the desk light shined in my eyes a little bit. I had no regrets with this room. The hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful.
