Immediately I noticed how clean the rooms were and the amount of integration between the lights, tv, and phone were making me feel like I was in a very high end place. I loved the fact that when I arrive at 9 am way before my 3 pm check in time they were able to get me all set at the front desk and call me when the room was available. They also were able to remotely activate the room card to allow access so I did not have to stop at the front desk again. Only 20 min went by and the room was already ready way ahead of the normal check in time.

Room service was terrible. Hotel bars were slow and rude. The only staff that smiled and was efficient and friendly were the belldesk staff. Did not see a cocktail waitress once in the casino. The room had broken blinds and sun poured in at 6:30AM. The room was ok but nothing special for the City Center and since the room was facing south (Harmon Drive) it was extremely noisy all night long. The Mandarin is slightly more a night but worlds ahead in quality and service. There are much better choices all along the strip, especially for the price and other hotels might actually want their guests to have fun and try to be more helpful. There are a few good restaurants on property not associated with the hotel. The food service and quality in the hotel was generally poor and expensive. Any of the other hotels in the City Center would be better choices and I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. Highly overrated and hyped up marketing.

From the moment we entered the lobby of the Cosmopolitan I knew we had selected the right Hotel! This hotel is awesome. Younger crowd seems to enjoy this hotel. Pools were great. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
