Booked one night, 2 double beds, 4 people on a prepaid plan. Arrived and was told there was only a room with a king bed - hello!!!! 4 people, already paid for! Was told by front desk that I didn't pay him, I paid the company! Told me it was my problem, refused use of phone to call Travel online. Used my own phone, and Travel online finally got it straightened out for us. Met other travellers who had the exact same problem when they booked in. Not helpful, rude personnel. We were not even comfortable enough to use the continental breakfast the next day.
