Nice little place to stop over on long road trip. I had the opportunity to see first hand how the front desk dealt with problems, and I was imressed. The desk clerk was dealing with an unhappy customer over the phone(which i could hear both sides of con.) the customer was not going to be made happy, but this girl genuinely tried to make things right including allowing her to stay the night at no charge and a free breakfast, but the customer was not going to let them off the hook that easy. She was promised a first floor room and didn't get and now didn't want anything buty to be allowed to scream and yell. The desk clerk kept her cool and tried her best to pacify the customer. I must this girl impressed me. tThe hotel is nice and clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone. Word of caution though, pay attention to there directions not ur gps. Local adress numbers recently changed and gps won't get u there.

Very comfy beds, but the pros stop there. Wi-fi was slow, to very slow depending on where you were. There was only 1 bar of soap in the bathroom, Security doors are disabled, and the noise from Kelsy's bar lasts until 4am on Friday and Saturday evenings, with the clientele being very loud in the parking lot with their car sub-woofers playing full blast. Also noticed during our 3-day stay that the outside trash cans and ash trays were never emptied, and were overflowing onto the walkway. They ran out of clean towels while cleaning the rooms, took the used towels, and did not bring clean towels until we asked for them until we asked the front desk repeatedly. The breakfast bar was OK, however they did not put out salt and pepper shakers, napkins were not placed out, and can not understand why the coffee pots are sitting on top of the trash cans. It is as if the staff does not know how to use the existing buffet counters. We have stayed here in the years past when it was a Holiday Inn, and things were much better. However, with a completely new staff, training must have been optional. For the price, much better deals ans Quality are found in Princeton and in Virginia.

Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was very skimpy!! Our kids enjoyed the pool...nothing fancy, but it was clean. The toilet did backup the morning we were leaving. And, they were very stingy with the bath towels. We had four people in our room for two nights and had to ask for towels and soap both days. And the outside door was not locked...even though there is a sign that says you need your room key to get in.
