This hotel was just what we needed.

Very contemporary, very clean, awesome location. The other thing we liked so much were all of the NYPD surrounding the hotel for security of the WTC sight. We always felt safe and welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again.

We had a great experience at the Club Quarters. From arrival to check-out the service was great. Our room and bed was very comfortable and we had amazing views of the city. Our room looked down on the 9/11 memorial. I suggest dining for dinner at the Hotel's Restaurant on the 20th floor. The view of the memorial from the outside terrace is wonderful. One perk of the hotel was the free bottled water service. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again!

Very helpful staff; new & very clean rooms; loved the View of the World Terrace Club restaurant on the top of the hotel with amazing views of the 9/11 Memorial below it; it was just amazing being right next to the memorial (ground zero); will definitely stay here again!
