From the bottled water and refreshing towels on check in... to the Nespresso coffee maker in the room, to the most fantastic bed to EVER sleep in, this hotel has it all. Really great staff and fantastic room. Only a little downside is it is a bit dark and clubby, but my usual life is not - so it was fine for vacation!

Since I stepped into the Hotel, I know that I have made the right choice. The reception counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the shooping area which is my purpose of the visit.

Just perfect, everything about the trump soho was great, I have stayed at many hotels and this was by far the best. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We stayed in a one bedroom premier suite on the 37th floor and it was amazing. Great location although tough to get to during busy hours in New York. Really nice pool although it closes too early. We had young kids that like to swim and they close the pool for swimming at 6 or 7 pm depending on the day. It turns into a trendy night club after that which for some would be great but we wanted to swim. The bed was so good that I am investigating purchasing one now. Coming home made me realized my bed was no where near as good.

The room was top notch my favorite hotel by far. The location was a bit of a taxi drive to Times Square but fun for shopping. Seeing the city from the room was amazing. The restaurant has very good breakfast, maybe limited in choices, but excellent quality. The concierge recommended a pizza restaurant that was outright bad and gave advise on getting to Statue of Liberty Park in NJ that also fell short and left us having big problems missing our ferry and paying extra taxi fees. Oh well, the room was amazing I would stay here again. It is very pricey so you need to not care about cost or get lucky on a special deal. All Manhattan is pricey!
