Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was close to Hershey without the price. Room was spacious and comfortabl. Pool was nice alittle chilly but I expected that. Breakfast was good. The server was on top of it...very busy. Food was hot and tasty.

Hotel was very nice for us. Staff was great, breakfast was a little crowded. Location is close enough not to worry about it. The biggest problem is the pool way to small for a family resort area. They really need to add an outdoor pool and maybe even a play area before we would consider staying again.

The hotel was clean, the room was very spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, the breakfast was just right, pc's available in the lobby with a printer was really convenient. The one and only negative about the hotel (from my 11 year old daughter) was that the pool was too small and there was no hot tub. Otherwise, I would stay there again - they made us feel very welcome.

Look forward to visiting this property again. The hotel is a great value. The rooms are spacious and really nice and all areas of the hotel kept very clean. The hotel staff was also very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location too...close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
