Loved the colors in the room, the floor to ceiling shades that opened automatically when we entered, the tv remote that controlled the blinds, temperature of the room and the lights and the wall switch that would turn off everything and close the blinds for us. The hotel is connected to the Miracle Mile shops and was easily accessible to everything. The only reason the staff didn't get a better rating was because the concierge told us the only way to get to the Pawn Stars store was via an expensive taxi ride instead of mentioning the DEUCE bus that would have taken us all the way down there. We stayed at Trump, Harrah's and Elara during this trip - and Elara was by far our favorite!

As above, the staff was very well trained and could answer any question put to them. One minor drawback is the 10:00am check out time...perhaps it is needed for their operation, but I found it disconcerting. I asked about it and the hotel did offer a one hour extension upon request, so we were able to check out by 11:00am. Our plane left late in the afternoon and the hotel bell staff kept our luggage stored without charge, which was very helpful, and one of the few things done without charge in the city.

This place vastly exceeded my expectations. Our room was excellent and the loaction is perfect, close to everything. They do not have a casino, but there're plenty around. The staff was very friendly with us. The building directly accesses an underground mall and free parking. The view of the Strip from our window was spectacular. Overall great value for the money. I will stay there again

Great hotel with entrance in the Miracle Mile and close enough to the strip. Room was great, partial view to the strip, partial view to the mountains from the jacuzzi. Overall impression that the room was clean and tidy with all the comfort you need for a weekend in Vegas. One minor annoyance, a phone call doesn't work to get service. If you call nothing happens, go personally to the front desk and it's sorted immediately. But that didn't spoil the overall positive impression and I would definitely come back or recommend it.

Great location for access to the strip. Secure with keyed access to elevators. Quiet - no smoke, no casino noise. Only detractor was the carpeting which was textured which seems to pose some difficulty to the vacuums - didn't appear as clean as I would have liked. Overall, a great stay - definitely hope to return.
