All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable, but I had a hard time sleeping on it, could just be me though. My only complaint is that there was no free wi-fi. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and a great variety.

My wife and I stayed here on our wedding night. We were quickly checked in and actually upgraded with complimentary snacks due to the occasion. Room was impeccable, and food delicious (snacks and breakfast). The customer service was on point and personable. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

The hotel was modern and very beautiful. The outside facade of the hotel was original to a very old building I used to frequent with my mother when I was growing up in Lancaster. At that time, it was one of the finest department stores in PA, and the Marriott kept the facade exact to the original - which was quite old 40 years ago! Lovely experience, and would definitely recommend the hotel.
