Travel constantly. This hotel is superb. Do not know what more to say. I am a single mother with limited means and booked my package on a site that offered a ridiculously low price for such a high end hotel. They could not have cared less and treated me AND my 13 year old boy like royalty. Lovely experience.

The Boston W is a new hotel, very close to all the major Boston attraction, just a block away from the Public Garden and Boston Common where you'll find access to the T. Also convenient walking distant to Newberry St and the Back Bay area. Being a W it is very hip and stylish. Customer service is very good and the rooms are very nice. My only complaint is that the style overwhelmed practicality in the bathroom in our room. The lighting was atmospheric, which means that while lovely, it was insufficient for shaving or the application of makeup. Also, the mirror was stylishly positioned far enough away that it added to the difficulty being able to see oneself properly. So, aside from the need to get practical in the bathrooms, we found the hotel a good value, convenient, well maintained and courteous. Would definitely stay there again if the price is right.

The W is a happening place! It is beautiful, chic, clean and comfortable. Well-situated, it has easy access to major shopping, subway, parks and restaurants and was a great launching pad for an introduction to Boston. We loved our stay there.
