I would recommend this hotel because it is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are spacious. However, the coffee pot did not work and there were light bulbs missing. The buffet was not the greatest and was not worth the $12.95. Other than that, I loved it.

05/01/2012These folks were fantastic. they upgraded us to a suite. the room was great, the service was amazing. i would stay there during any future chicago visits.

My first impression of the hotel was very favorable. It had a very clean and upscale lobby. The room was larger than expected. The shower/soaking tub was also nice and large. There was spilled soda from who know how long ago staining the carpet and closet door tracks. The hotel is by the elevated train path. You can hear it go by frequently throughout the night.
