Enjoyed my stay.. Everything was great minus the parking. Allowing patrons from the bar to use parking spaces needed for hotel guests is very frustrating and and needs to be remedied. Parking should only be used for individual STAYING at the hotel.

Bar band was to loud
11/18/2012The hotel was really nice, clean, and the rooms were very nice. the only issue i had was the bar band was so loud it could be heard 2 floors ...
The hotel was really nice, clean, and the rooms were very nice. The only issue I had was the bar band was so loud it could be heard 2 floors up and half way accross the hotel. This wasn't helped by the smokers out side my window all night long either. I didn't call and complain but I would recommend if your there on a weekend, make sure your in the wing opposite of the bar.

The location was not as bad as some of the reviews reflected. The bus stop is just across the street but the other means of transportantion were further. Just take the bus to other means of transportation or a taxi. Free parking was great and everyone at the front desk was so helpful. Room looked like it was just refurbed - no complaints. I will definitely stay here again if I am going to Chicago.

The hotel looked clean, the neighborhood was a little run down, and the room was very nice and clean. My only complaint is that our room was on the third floor and I could have sang to the songs that the band on the first floor was playing till the whee hours of the morning, not to mention the smoking crowd outside. If you stay there, make sure your you stay on the wing away from the bar.
