Rooms are great and location is phenomenal. Very clean and staff is helpfull most of the time. Just depends who you talk to at the counter. Some of the hosting personal can use some customer service training.

We arrived on a very hot day in may. The air conditioner was not working. Our room faced the back to a compound. We were given another room facing the front which allowed more breeze into the room and they had supplied us with a fan. The room provided a view of the Eiffel Tower which was an added benefit. The manager, was charming and very accommodating. We had our meals away from the hotel in the neighbouring areas. The location is superb. Close to all connects - tour buses, batobus, regular buses and the metro. Internet access is provided free but the system is slow, the printers did not work well and be prepared to work on keyboards which have been adapted to the french language with some keys and symbols in different locations. The front desk personnel were not too helpful in solving the printing problem but did state that the business center was available for assistance during working hours. Frustratng when one is trying to work at the computer during off hours. Arranged for airport transport back to the airport (48 hour notice)online. eu36 for two. Parishuttle was cheaper and more convenient but they were a 1/2 hour late picking us up so be sure to give an extra 1/2 hour to get to the airport.. Incoming, used Air France bus (eu15) per person to Port Maillot then took a taxi to the hotel. (eu17). Tip - included with baggage count so just add loose change if you want to. To the right, neighbourhood minimart with a modest supply of incidentals, food and beverages. Open to 9pm. Would use this hotel again. Very clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights to start off our grand european tour and had a very nice time. It was my first time in Paris and while we are still bewildered by the Paris Metro (very close by if you can figure it out) we very much enjoyed the hotel and our view of the Eiffel Tower. Room was a good size and the water pressure in the shower was great! Very nice to clean up after a long flight. The executive club room was a nice resource for drinks and snacks pre-dinner and we would definitely stay here again! The batobus (water bus that you can hop on and off to most of the major sights) is also within a block of the hotel. If you like to run, there's a nice run in front of the Eiffel to the the Ecole Militaire and it's just cool to go for a run with the Eiffel right there. The concierge was helpful with restaurant recommendations and how to get to where you want to go.

We arrived at the Pullman Hotel on the 21st and left on the 23rd. We had three rooms, none of them had a working air conditioner. We requested a change of rooms but were told that all of the rooms were the same. An offer was made for an electric fan and we took it because it was that or not been able to use the room specially during the day because the temperature was high during the day. The location of the hotel is excellent but the behavior of their management is that of a two star hotel.
