This hotel was just wonderful. The people who worked at the hotel were the nicest we met in Paris. The location could not have been better for us. I was travelling with my 75 year old mother and 26 year old daughter. We were in on vacation together to escape from a painful anniversary in Massachusetts. We put this trip together rather quickly-less than 2 weeks. Not alot of time to plan a week in Paris {or to learn French}. When we arrived our rooms were not as we requested. We were then upgraded and both rooms had a balcony and a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. We found the Concierge desk to be very busy. But we never felt like we were being rushed and found them to be really helpful. There would be 2 things that we felt could have been better. One was the restaurant-the menu was very limited and there was not alot of difference between the bar menu and the restaurant. After a long exhausting day of sightseeing we would have loved to stay at the Hotel to dine but did not for that reason. The other {very minor} complaint would be the computer room. While it was wonderful to have one provided it was not air conditioned, and all the computers did not work. When asked what was the best thing about Paris, I think of the River Cruise on the Sienne, Gourmet Restaurants, the Museums, the Gardens and still my answer is OUR HOTEL and the wonderful view we had from our balacony.

Hotel is very clean and well kept. Location is within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the subway station. A bus tour offering a hop on and off visit to the major sites of the city can be boarded right at the Eiffel Tower 5 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. Nice little bakeries and cafes located around the hotel. Conceriege and staff were very helpful and most accomodating. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows in the room. Pay extra and get the delux room. The delux room is on the Eiffel Tower side of the hotel and has a balcony. Each evening we enjoyed the Eiffel Tower light show. The hotel is close to the Paris Metro; a short walk to both the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. Hotel food is pricey but there are plenty of cafes near the hotel. We enjoyed a couple evenings in the bar where you can order meals from the restaurant menu.

The hotel was right at the Eiffel Tower. The view was breathtaking. The room was was very nice.. AND CLEAN !!! There is a blow dryer in the bathroom so you won't need to take a plug converter. Perhaps a 4-star hotel, but our room and experience were definitely 3-star at most. We spent the two hottest days of the year with no air conditioning, although they did provide a partially functional fan. After they finally admitted it might be a week or more before the A/C was fixed, we checked out and moved to a much better hotel. The staff were for the most part mediocre. Our ""executive"" room was on the eighth floor in the back over an alley with a view of the wall of the next building, and construction noise every morning. We had to fuss with them at checkout to get credit for the call to book another hotel due to no AC. We thought the executive room (the higher of the two available on travel website) was a balcony room, but those are 45 Euros per night more, but none were available.
