    Poorly located with not much in the immediate area. The rooms were great but the service very average. the room was okay but the iron mount was pulled from the wall and the ironing board was a joke. I can't believe the maid even left these things without telling someone to get them fixed. The ig joke was the 412.95 for the internet. You would think for the price they could include it. even Starbucks one block away gave it out free to customers. One bright light though, the consier came over in the lobby while I was working on my computer and offered a bottle of water. If I ever went there again it would be because there was a bit of hope for the hotel.

    I just got back from a trip where I stayed here. To put it simply: the service here was the best I have ever had. Every time I needed something, there seemed to be someone right there willing to help. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bedding. Excellent stay for the price.

    There was quite a bit of disappointment after being at the hotel for about an hour. We were there on a business trip and there was no free wi-fi and the business center was a small desk down stairs beside the front desk. The most disappointing thing was the lack of customer service from the staff. Ex: We called to ask for utensils and was abruptly told by the woman on the phone that if we needed utensils, we would need to walk downstairs to get them ourselves!! The room that we got was very clean and nice. I came to the conclusion that the transition from the Palomar hotel came at a price. The staff from the Palomar were outstanding and with the switch came new staff that seemed to be lacking the professionalism that would make a guest feel welcomed and not more of a bother. The potential is tremendous, hopefully since we have been there it has improved.

    I in town for a few days and this hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff were very attentive, and my room was lovely. I had dinner one night at the restaurant (at the bar, alone), and the staff there was super accommodating, too. I'd absolutely stay there again. Join the In-touch program to get free wireless -- free and worth it!
