- A 25 daily resort fee plus tax is payable directly to the property upon checking in. The resort fee includes Internet Access (in-room and campus wide at City Center), Free in-room local and toll free calls, Access to ARIA Fitness Center (does not include wet areas), Daily newspaper and Free Airline Boarding Pass Printing.
- Pool open year round-current hours are 9am to 4pm. 'Liquid' at ARIAS-TBA.

The Aria more than met our expectations! The three pools are one of it's best features. The room was great with a superb view on the twelfth floor of the mountains to the West. My only comments (which I already provided to the Aria on their survey) were about the signage in the public spaces. The signs were attractive, but often contradictory, misleading, or non-existant. How to get to Las Vegas Blvd. or to the Tram are good examples of this ambiguity (we realize that some of this signage is in the Crystal shopping area, rather than the Aria per se). We knew from the Internet comments of previous guests that it was a long walk past the stores to get to the Strip, but it was a cut-and-try activity until we finally found the way to go. We found the signage around the Strip generally left something to be desired, but that is not Aria's problem. All travel arrangements went smoothly and exactly according to schedule! Thanks...

While the Bellagio has rooms that are a little bigger, Aria's rooms are just as nice. The staff at Aria was exceptional. Very welcoming, very personable, very accommodating. Restaurants at Aria were also exceptional. We ate at Julian Serrano and American Fish. Both were just delicious, and the service could not have been better. Much friendlier vibe than Bellagio.

Hotel is great! Location is pretty decent. Room is AWESOME. Price is decent. What I did not enjoy was check in/out lines and waiting. They did not have enough staff to check us in and out in a timely manner at all. Took about 20 mins + for each. Overall worth it for the room and views!

My husband and I went to Vegas to get married. We decided to stay at the Aria. We had nothing but trouble from beginning to end. First they didn't have the right check in information for us. Then after walking around all day we went up to our room and our room keys didn't work. The hotel actually discontinued our keys because they didn't believe we were who we said we were. I had to give them the confirmation # from when I book the room. Then they called us during the night to again ask who was staying in the room. Apparently some one with the same name as my husbands was also staying at the hotel. They gave us a room credit which we used the next day. When we went to check out they didn't show a room credit was ever put on our account. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Yes the room was nice and the hotel itself is stunning but customer service is HORRIBLE!
