The hotel is beautiful, however, the front desk takes their time to service you, even though there were at least 3 agents stocking brochures when they could have kept us from standing in line. We asked the concierge for a limo service to go to friedmont that was horrible and it took me a lot of calling to get it compensated, no air and rude service. Cls limo service. It was my dad's birthday so we were very disappointed. I also feel that the restuarants were below par for the cost, especially cafe vittro, we waited almost 45 minutes for a turkey sandwich and the staff was very dismissive and rude. Wolfgang Puck's was great for service and food! There was no free breakfast. If you don't know, they don't tell you anything. Overall I would give Aria 6 out if 10.

I had a horrible time dealing with United and the annoyance was completely swept away when I arrived at Aria. This hotel is more then what I expected and a very great representation of what Vegas is. The rooms are all set to touch screens and have full automated controls. It was great being able to have the TV come on and the curtains open, but no lights come on, when it was time to get up (it is Vegas!) The digital media outlets were nice for having music from our IPods when people were gathering after getting ready. The beds were super comfortable and allowed me to sleep as well as at home. Everything about the rooms is A+ and it put Aria at the top of my list for comfort when I go back next year. The pool area was good and was a bit overcrowded, but that is to be expected with the larger resort hotels. The bar staff was friendly and attentive for making sure that we always had drinks when needed .When you are there go see Bob the bartender, he took care of the majority of our party for our full stay. Overall, Aria was a great experience and I would rank it in the top of the "must stay" places in Vegas.

  • I would rate this hotel at 4 max out of 5
