Important Hotel Information
- A 25 daily resort fee plus tax is payable directly to the property upon checking in. The resort fee includes Internet Access (in-room and campus wide at City Center), Free in-room local and toll free calls, Access to ARIA Fitness Center (does not include wet areas), Daily newspaper and Free Airline Boarding Pass Printing.
- Pool open year round-current hours are 9am to 4pm. 'Liquid' at ARIAS-TBA.

We stayed at Aria for 4 days and three nights. There was a long line for the hotel check-in. Check-in took about 45 minutes. It turns out that there were several conventions at the hotel and the more than 4000 rooms were booked, this wasn't a big deal. The staff was very nice and the food was good(a bit on the expensive side). We had a corner suite which was really nice. We didn't hear a sound from our neighbor at all. The room was cleaned every day with the supplies restocked. I would recommend staying here. It was a great hotel that is located in a great place on the strip. We had a great experience here and will come back to Aria again!

Very bad room service and cleaning staff. Just covered the sheets as they were wrinkled. Three times charged items from minibar we did not use. Had to call many times from overseas as each time I noted charges on my credit card that were not actual. Chaotic hotel.

Aria's staff go beyond their individual roles to ensure all your needs and queries are satisfied. They are both friendly and professional. This was my second stay at the Aria and I so looked forward to the cloud like beds that provide the most restful luxious sleep ever! My girls want to compliment Mark who had our group to deal with at check-in. He was informative and so helpful in getting us in our rooms when most of us had issues with our reservations. Check-in was seamless and so much fun...Thanks Mark!
