Absolutely AMAZING! The woman at the front desk hooked me up with a suite!! I found out she was from CA like I am, and we just started going on and on. Then she just asked if I wanted a bigger room for no extra charge (so friendly!). The staff was very friendly. The room was like an apt! Super clean and comfy. This was my 2nd time staying here and I'm definitely going to keep on staying there.

First off the good. Beds and pillow were very comfy and the hotel is located close to all the attractions but is not actually on the strip (international drive). They offer transportation to Disney and Universal Studios, however only at specific times. Staff was very helpful and kind and the place was clean. Free hot breakfast was good but limited, after five days it was getting old. Now for the bad, no transportation to Seaworld, Aquatica or wet and wild. You are at a busy part of the strip close to the Universal side and can take a while to get around. Traffic was bumber to bumber every evening right in front of the hotel entrance There is a trolley that runs up and down the strip but can have long waits and often would be to full to take any more passengers. The walls are very thin and apparently not insulated as when people were placed in the room next door we could hear everything going on.

Finally arrived at Hotel at 11pm after long flight. Gave them my confirmation information and they said my room was not ready yet. Really? At 11pm at night, I only had my reservation since January 18th. The desk person ran upstairs and made up a room quickly leaving us in the hotel lobby for 25 minutes alone. When we arrived at our room we had no towls and you could tell the beds were not made well. We had to call and he ran up towels and shampoo, conditioner, and soap at midnight. Asked for a wake up call at 5:30 am, they phoned us at 5:03am. Breakfast was good, good selection, free internet, most of our time was spent out of the hotel, came back one night to get in hot tub, jets did not work in hot tub and pool was not heated, very cold.
