Staff nice but room not so much.
10/24/2012Few towels, one was stained, toilet chain broke so had to manually flush...and they added a fee for extra person without letting us know.

This hotel is okay if you are on a tight budget and only intend to stay here one or two nights. However, the lobby is tiny and the rooms are even tinier. There is certainly nothing remotely luxurious about this hotel, that's for sure.

The hotel was wonderful the room was tight but I assumed as much since it is Manhattan. However, the staff was fantastic. We had great people at the front desk that happily gave directions to good food and fun locations. The waitstaff was wonderful too. By the second breakfast the waitress remembered I liked tea I'm the morning and the cheif came out to with our fantastic desserts himself. I will happily stay there again.

The hotel was kind of off the beaten path but was close to a McDonalds and had its own restaurant. I asked for someone to show me how to connect to the Internet and they sent someone up to do that. My card key quit working and they sent someone up with a new key. The staff was very nice. I would stay there again!
