Hotel is excellent. No complaints and the hotel employees are friemdly, helpful and polite. Only drawback idsthe need for a car. Hotel is located close to the metro, but restaurants and other places of interest are not accessible without a car, particularly at night. Hotel is located close to airport so is convenient, and there is a free airport shuttle.

This hotel is an island of comfort and quality in an otherwise dreary neighborhood. If it was in a great location you could expect to pay at least double the going room rate. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay again on our next trip to Phoenix.

Nice place in less than up scale area
02/09/2011We stayed last year while visiting a relative. this hotel is very close to the airport, had decent breakfast was quiet and met our needs very well.
