Important Hotel Information
- Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in or accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests must call 1-866-573-7678 to pay the Limited Damage Waiver and to receive the unit number and further check in instructions. Front desk is open 9am-5pm CST. Guests are to call 1-850-269-8208 for after hours information, which includes Lock Box Code and Gate Codes. Security is located on site to assist guests with keys after hours. Please note that a USD 44.40 resort fee will be collected at check-in.
- Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guests are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-866-573-7678 for Spring Break Security Deposit information.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Even the maintenance personnel on the property greeted us with a smile and a hello. The condo itself was beautiful! Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The beach and pool were nice as well. Fitness facility was never crowded. We usually stay in a condo in Okaloosa Island but have decided that we will stay at the Emerlad Towers from now on.
