This hotel was great! When we arrived we hung out in the lobby bar which had a very nice ambiance and drink selections. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The complimentary shuttle to all of the theme parks as well as downtown Disney saved us a lot of money on a car rental and had many time options to fit anyones schedule. The concierge was very helpful and the pool was very well maintained. We did eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel, restaurants were a little pricey but worth the quality of the food. All in all we enjoyed a very fun and relaxing weekend and would stay here again when we return to Orlando.

My 13 yo son and I stayed for a week in December. No complaints. The hotel even hosted a movie in the pool on a Friday, and it was pretty cold so they brought everyone hot chocolate. The staff was amazing. We ate in the fancy Italian restaurant twice, definitely the first hotel restaurant worthy of the prices! Spicy bacon sauce on homemade pasta with espresso chocolate torte. Enough said! The other main restaurant was more "hotel standard" but some of the food was impressive. I would recommend for any type of traveler. They also have a staffed business center that I have never seen before in a hotel, like a kinkos. The free shuttles were great, though it was cold the week we were there and there is no shelter at any of the Disney parks' bus stops, so we were in a shivering huddle waiting on more than one occasion. The shuttles are not as fast as the Disney busses so it will take some adjustment if you're used to them. Having stayed with Disney in one of their newest and best properties, I have to say this Hilton is head and shoulders above. We had major noise and cleanliness problems with Disney, and this resort had neither. Thank you, Hilton!
