I stayed with Crowne Plaza as a prevacation to my Southern Caribbean cruise, and it was a very nice hotel. Very close to the bus lines so I didn't have to take a taxi everywhere, and very near the Westshore plaza where there were great restuarants and a movie complex. The beds were a little hard, but the cleanliness and friendliness made up for that.

We were picked up from the airport in less than 4 minutes after picking up our baggage. The diningroom food was great, service great, front desk clerk set us up for a ride to the ship. Also the crown plaza set us up to be pick up after our cruise and taken to the airport. Which happened as soon as we got to the curb. Incredible services. Thank you Crown Plaza

Great location, close to TPA airport and West Shore area. Nice modern interior, boutique-style hotel with coffee and quick but functional breakfast eating area. New hip bar to be completed adjoining. Rooms nice and spacious with very comfortable beds and showers with glass slide doors. Plasma screen TVs and wireless access with nice view onto pool area with large fountain. Definitely worth coming back to the next time I am in Tampa.
