We love the Nick Hotel. This was our 2nd stay and we would definitely come back again. Hotel is SUPER kid friendly. We participated in the evening game show and the daily sliming at the pool. Rooms are extremely family friendly and my girls love the bunk beds. This is a hotel that you can check into and never need to leave the property for any reason. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic! Definitely on my list of top 5 family hotels!

I really had a great time during my stay. I visited the parks and reserved one day to enjoy the facilities. I have stayed more than once so that's a sign that I really liked it. Hope everyone enjoy their stay as I did!

  • Definitely a kids environment and NOT a honeymoon spot

Just like the theme says "Nickelodeon" and surely the property features just that all the way starting from the main check in, room, eatery and surroundings. The building were kinda old but the cleanness was satisfactory. Pool area being quad-angled between 4 buildings, it tends to be noisy at times especially if you are planning for a noon nap when the pool is busy. A down side on our case has was the extra long corridors that you had to walk from end to end to your room with no elevator or stairwell in between.

We stayed 8days/7nights and had a Great time. 2 adults 2 kids 4 & 1. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and courteous, entertainment was kid oriented yet adult friendly. The pool and waterside was a hit with my 4 year old. The internet took some time to figure out, but by day two it was working. The only complaints are mostly maintenance issues which did not lessen the enjoyment of our stay, but only make this a less then 5-4 star rating. (examples are, some lights did not work properly (florescent flicker) and hallway blemishes.) This being a Family resort, some parents felt it was OK to let their kids run and scream all hours of the night. As annoying as it was, I cant blame the hotel for bad parenting. The only advice I could offer is if you stay do your best to get a room that does not face the pool areas!!! Get a room that faces the exterior/street-parking lot areas. *** the pool area (loud music and louder kids), mini golf, basket ball ect, remain open until late. All of this entertainment is what makes the Hotel Great fun during the day, but if your trying to rest early and your room is facing this court yard area, you will not have any quite until area closes, 9-10 pm depending on the night. Get a copy of the weekly newsletter, The 411, for event times and activities and view the chart in the mall area for additional Character meet times. Also in the mall area are 4 fast food counters (subway and uno pizza are the two I remember) a buffet, where we ate breakfast every day, (food was ok but not great). There was plenty of seating in the food court area. There is also a Nickelodeon restaurant (we did not eat there). To complete the mall, there is an Arcade, convenient store, souvenir shop, 4D movie theater and the Studio Nick to watch the stage shows, (reservations are recommended but seating was available every night without them if you decide last minute to see a show.) You can easily plan to spend a full day at the hotel to enjoy what they offer, We observed the forecast and stayed in on the one rainy day, and it worked great for us! Enjoy your stay, hope this helps you
