This hotel was a lot of fun for myself and the kids. The shuttles to the major theme parks were great - very convenient. My youngest son loved getting slimed!! The room was a little small for the five of us but we made due. The water park was a big plus. The location of the hotel was very good - not to far of a ride to/from any of the parks. Would definitely recommend to a friend. My son wants to do the Nickelodeon cruise next.

The rooms were nice size and the kids loved the bunkbeds in their room. The pool of course is the big attraction and that's where we spent most of our time. The onsite entertainment is medicore at best and isn't up to the level of other resorts in the area, but then again it's also not at that price level. Easy access to all the Orlando sights.

I loved how the kids had their own room right next to ours. I also liked how we were able to get connecting rooms with my parents. The pool area was great except for the main pool with all the fun activities was closed twice during our stay.

This hotel was not friendly toward my nine year old son, who is disabled, and the rest of my family. The whole staff including the manager was very rude. The rooms are good but that was it. Horrible experience. Will stick with the disney hotels from now on, they are very handicapped friendly and go above and beyond!
