The weather did not cooperate but we had a blast. Many activities to keep everyone busy,happy, and full. We had the opportunity to participate in a live show. So much fun!! We created memories to last a lifetime. Slime time at the pool was awesome!

The hotel is very family oriented. The room was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We visited in February so the heated swimming pool was wonderful and also my sons favorite part of the trip. The 3 D movies, on site events and food court are conveinent. The bus to the locate resorts was a plus. We had a great time and would definately recommend a stay at the resort.

Was expecting more from this hotel.The facilities were good,heated swimming pool but felt it was targeted towards very young kids. My children were 12 and 11 and were not overly impressed. The location of the hotel is a great distance from Orlando and Disney area.Restaraunts were poor also,all fast food.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my 3 grandsons. Our 2 bedroom suite was really small (they do an amazing job of making the rooms look large on their website), the bathroom fan didn't work, so any showers made the whole suite hot and steamy. The drawers in the adult bedroom were broken, the ones in the other bedroom were gone (you could see where there were built-ins at one time). The mattresses in the kids room were small and plastic covered. They smelled like mildew and urine. The activities for the kids were great,and the staff was friendly. The hotel is not close to any restaurants or grocery stores, so if you don't have a car you are stuck with their food. The food there is ok for an emergency, but you wouldn't want to have to eat it everyday. They have free internet, but it is not wireless.

We stayed there for 4 days 3 nights, my kids loved it.. it was safe and lots of things to do for even my 12 year old. My husband and I even had fun. the rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend this place for all ages not just for kids. Michelle B Jacksonville Florida.
