I'm so glad I didn't listen to any of these reviews , this place is great! Clean, clean, clean rooms. Comfy beds..my kids fell right asleep. Affordable, centrally located, kid themed, and the list goes on. This hotel has all of the amenities that a FAMILY can want. We didn't have to go through the mall to get to our room, there was no high pressure sales, they actually upgraded us for free. The only thing is yes, you do have to wear a bracelet. If that is the only complaint go stay at the Disney high priced resorts. This IS a kid hotel. Please don't listen to these other reviews, see for yourself. I'm so glad I did. This was a treat! Oh, yes there is a $ 25 a night resort fee, but it was clearly stated in the reservation, not a surprise. I would be happy to pay that the water slides are fantastic and this hotel has upkeep. The $ 25 includes the wireless and wired Internet connection in your room.

Indeed its a place for the kids to have fun and bathe all day. Staff was great, everyday housekeeping- way to go. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, felt like there was a sink in the middle. Prices at the mall are pricey could be cheaper. Didnt like the coffee that was available in the room, should have tea as an option.Tv in bedroom needs an up grade some chanels were fuzzy. The 'Let It Snow' package was not impressive shoulnt have to pay to colour tshirts or build a bear when you purchase the package, these activities should be included in the packages. Clean environment though.Breakfast should be included

We found a great price on this hotel for a 2 bed-room suite. Although do note. It is small and the room w/bunk-beds did not have a door which makes it tough if you're trying to utilize the living room and kitchen space once kids are sleeping.
