06/25/2012The resort was clean,staff friendly and helpful! kids had lots of fun. the only drawback was wish there was more healthy food options, and no fast breakfast available.

"I was so disappointed by our stay at the hotel. While my family and I were out enjoying the amusement park, someone in housekeeping broke my laptop. I had it placed on the floor next to the sofa in our suite. When we came back to our room I went to use my laptop and the screen was cracked. Security did its investigation and I was told the housekeeper thoroughly cleaned our room but did not see the laptop; therefor the hotel will do nothing about the cracked screen. There were other problems with our hotel stay but none as bad a having a broken laptop. Unfortunately this put a damper on our vacation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone"

Nice hotel, great entertainment for kids, but hotel did not have enough hot water, shower was usually cold or barley warm. Possibly will stay here again. But there was no wireless in the rooms and in the mall apple products would not connect

This is a great hotel for young children and families. The rooms are a nice size for a family, great to have the extra room for our son. He enjoyed the bunk beds. We enjoyed having a living room and extra space to store luggage. We stayed by the Oasis pool which was quiet during the week. Weekends are very loud by both pools. Families with small children who go to bed early would be better off near the smaller Oasis Pool. I would recommend this hotel for families with young children, however the shuttle service to Disney was frequent, but the shuttle service to Universal and Sea World were less frequent, if you plan on going to these parks, its worth it to rent a car.
