Not 100% what we expected

I actually booked two rooms that adjoined. The pictures of the rooms looked animated and attractive online. In person the colors were dull and only a portion of the wall had characters painted on them. We expected more of a Nickoledeon theme in the rooms, expecially in the kids' bunker rooms. At the pool the kids didnt get to participate in some of the activities because no one told us there was a "schedule" and you have to basically RSVP for each activity. We watched from the sideline during the slim show. At the pool you have to have a deposit to use their towels. There is about one place to get food courtside at the pool. Not a huge option when you have several kids. The kids enjoyed the pool, but had to share towels due to the deposit. The restaurant was ok and had characters painted on the walls from all the old Nickeledeon cartoons didnt see any updated characters that this new generation could relate to. The kids enjoyed the movies, but we were not warned that they were only short 15 minute films and was on the expensive side. We all enjoyed the slim show where we were audience members cheering on the constestants. Overall the kids would have stayed in the pool the whole day if we let them, but the adults were pretty much bored and following the kids around until they got bored. After spending an hour or two their you've done all 3 attractions and it get boring. We had our rooms for a weekend and on day 2 we went out to the town to find food and something to do. It is a walk from the hotel/pool area to where the onsite restaurant and games are.

This was our 2nd trip - it was all we remembered and then some. The rooms are comfortable - plenty of space, refrig, coffee maker. Room service. Buffet breakfast avail on site. Shuttles to several theme parks. Shows at the resort pool are fun as well as the evening entertainment. Car service available for very reasonable rates to whereever the shuttles don't take you. Something for everyone. We shall return.

We stayed one night while vacationing in the Disney/Orlando area just so the kids could use the water slides and pools. The hotel was a little beat up in areas, especially the hallways and general areas. The room was adequate, it wasn't outdated but again was a little beat up. Although the suite setup is nice for families. Hotel staff was nice and helpful and the pool area was great. Overall I'd recommend the hotel to families with young kids; our really enjoyed the activities poolside.

Average hotel. Shuttle service was fair - not enough shuttles going to parks plus had an extra hotel stop which we were not thrilled with. Would, most likely, stay at one of theme park hotels next time.

Lots of kids running around. They pretty much run the place. Everything you do is themed around kids. We had two teenagers with us and we split up our trip to accomadate both. Needless to say the teens were not impressed but our 10 YO loved it here!!!
