While my kids loved this hotel, I was not impressed. The entire complex from rooms to pool area needs remodeling. Pool area, especially the hot tub area, was dirty. Entertainment was laughable. Everything was overpriced. If you are looking for a waterpark resort, go down the road.

The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were large and clean. The busses to the Disney Parks were very few and far between. We ended up paying out of Pocket for Cabs most of the time. They also would keep trying to sell you condos and timeshares everytime you went to reserve a ride on a bus to the parks. All other hotel workers were beyond excellent.

We are a family with 2 kids (5 & 11). We stayed at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort in Jan. for 3 nights. Although somewhat expensive, we had a great time. No issues with cleanliness, friendliness, etc, that was just fine. The room in the pictures showed Nik Cartoon theme painted walls. That must have been a special room, as our suite was like any other hotel room/suite - very nice, but normal. The pool was heated as advertised, but the waterslide(s) portion feeds from another source and are NOT heated. Thus, our kids got warmed up in the heated pool, then dashed across for a couple times down the slides before having to come back (shivering) to warm up again in the pool. Bus service to and from Disney was convenient and without issue (perfectly on time). Food on site was a bit pricey, but no issues. The programmed shows were GREAT and the kids loved them. We had a great time!
