I went with my husband and two boys, age 4 and 9. The outdoor pool was amazing! Very shallow end for my little one and a good depth pool for my older son. Every day they would have numerous character appearances so everyone would get a photo opportunity with their favorite characters! They also allowed you to take photos with your own camera so you didn't have to pay for the photos which was wonderful. The staff was very warm and accomodating and it was a wonderful trip overall! The location was right by Universal Studios and Walt Disney and so very convenient. Would highly recommend to family with children!

The hotel was a GREAT place for kids because of the pools and activities. We spent two nights and three days at the resort, which was plenty. My 8 year old was getting pretty bored towards the end of the trip but the 4 and 5 year olds would have been happy to continue. If you plan to stay longer plan some off-site activites on other days. The room itself was spacious and the kitchen a life-saver after a long day in the sun. The towels smelled wonderfully of clean bleach, but the furnishings looked a little worn. There were a few grimy spots in the kid's rooms too. We paid for the character breakfast, which was expensive but worth it as the kids had a great time. The buffet was plentiful with many child-friendly offerings. I would definately suggest this resort to anyone with young children!
