The kids loved the water park. Having it enclosed within the hotel complex meant we could watch them run around without having to run after them. The suite worked well with our twins in one room (they loved the bunk beds) and the older one on the fold-out couch. We had a quiet space in our room. The activities were great. In sum: the kids had fun and we relaxed.

  • Fun family oriented lodging

We went during november, and there weren't many people there. the pool area was great. we were close enough to all of the attractions and had a great time.

We went over the Christmas Holidays during the Let It Snow event! The event itself was kind of cool! The ice slide, nightly snowing at the pool with wintery treats - all a fun interesting change of pace. We didnt have much interaction with staff but I will say my favorite part of the hotel stay were the 2 Bartenders! They were actually pretty great! And who knew they would have a bar (2 actualy) at the Nick Suites!? It was a nice suprise actually! The daily mass sliming was fun for the kiddos. The 4 D movie experiance and live theater were also fun though not quite all the website talked them up to be. We actually didnt eat on the resort so I cant speak on the food much. The mall was NOT AT ALL what I would call a mall! More like a Gift Shop! There is a little pizza place and an overpriced Subway! The game room kept the kids occupied for a bit - though $$! The rooms were small but adaquate and CLEAN! Like many that posted before me the elevators were an issue! We were on the fourth floor with an elderly grandparent and had elevator service 2 of our six day stay... If you have small children they will love it and the place over all is totally acceptable with room for improvement! Just dont set your expectations overly high!

The pool in our area of the hotel was only open once while we were there. And they gave us a room on the oppisite end of the resort. Which was quiet but the walk to and from the main lobby was torture! =) I liked the room but the maid servcice was a little on the downside. We noticed some of our food missing and they didn't always clean out the trash bins!

This hotel was great for my kids. They had so much stuff to do there the kids thought that was all to the trip...they weren't even expecting Disney World. I would defiantly stay there again.
