The advertisements on TV magnify the size of this "resort" Arrived on a Sat afternoon, our suite was not ready, we had to change in the pool restroom! To be a resort situated around a "waterpark" and not even have a locker room, unbelieveable! Changing children into swimsuits in a 3 stall Restroom was a joke. Doesn't compare to Kalahari! Panic set in as the day progressed, the occupancy had to exceed fire code. Parents drinking while kids w/out life vests went into the water. They ran out of lifevests and the pools are all over young ones heads. Cockroaches in the room! They sent someone to clean it after we waited almost 2 hours and made 2 calls! Horrible, most awful experience. Never again!

if it wasnt bad enough that the room seemed old and dirty, the linens in the room needed to be tossed and bought new. we went to the pool where the water wasn't balanced, so it was slimey and smelled like too much chlorine. Once you have checked out, and they require it to be early or they charge you, you no longer have access to anything and there is no where to wash the chlorine off from the pool. No outside or inside showers. The staff was rude and just didnt care. Another person told me their room wasn't cleaned for their entire stay and even though they requested them, fresh towels were never sent. No one told us about the "character" breakfast and we were forced to have the buffet breakfast which was cold and hard. For the amount of this "suite" there are much better hotels. Oh and my laptop got literally 5 viruses on their "free" internet.

The hotel was AMAZING...There were so many things for the kids to do minature golf, basketball and the waterslide. My children had the best time and wished we could've stayed longer. The rooms were very spacious w/the kids bunkbeds but the downside was having a musty smell in the rooms but I guess thats expected considering how humid it is in Orlando. The shuttle was very convient and the food was a little pricey so we just drove to the grocery store to stock up.

my kids loved it, it is a kids friendly, and lots of fun for them. As for service it is an average over all, food is below average Service is ok, and cleanliness is fair. I would recommend this hotel to people with kids.
