This hotel can be pricey, but you can catch some great deals. We have been lucky enough to be able to stay at quite a few hotels and this one is by far the kids favorite. The rooms cater to the children, the character breakfast is as good as Disney and a fraction of the cost. For some of the older kids, they have live shows around the arcade. The water park is a nice break in between parks. Highly recommend it.

The pools were dirty (floating hair, lint, other stuff!) The staff was more concerned with making everyone follow the paths between the buildings than the fact that tiles are often wet and slippery (I slipped and fell while being herded through one area rather than traveling through a dry area). Rooms were spacious and clean. Over all not satisfied due to attitude issues with check in clerks and other staff.
