We loved this hotel. The kids got their own room with bunk beds. It was a pretty good deal for the money; even though it was winter when we stayed there and the pool was not open. We took advantage of the shuttle that goes to the parks and that saved us money by avoiding parking fees. We saw Dora, spongebob and other characters while we were eating breakfast.

The check in process took one hour and fourty five minutes due to the number of guests and only 3 staff members at the front desk. The room we were told was just cleaned. Not true we had dirty towels in the room from the previous guest all wet and left under the sinks. The sinks were not cleaned. When we went to put our boys to bed and moved the covers we discovered pistacchio shells throughout both of the bunk beds. House keeping was called and when they changed the sheets my wife was told she could have just cleaned it up and put the boys to bed. THis was all mentioned to the supervisors that basically said we are a busy organization. Very disappointing experience. Again would not recommend this to family, friends, work associates or any one else.

I have 3 children 20, 17 and 7 yrs old. we went to celebrate my son's Birthday. They loved it. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family. We had breakfast with the characters and the 4D movies were amazing. We would do it all over again in a heart bit.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort. "Suites" is the key word. Unlike a regular hotel, we had separate rooms in our suite--- small kitchen, kids' room, living room, and parents' room. We also liked the flat screens in each room, the water park, and the convenient restaurant. We made some great memories and it was a nice break from Mickey; however, when we wanted Mickey, we drove over (five-ten minutes away).
