The hotel staff was cordial, room comfortable but tight, but overall it felt dated. The elevators were small, hot and slow. Hallways were warm and narrow. I would stay there again but hesitate to recommend to someone else.

We stayed during a time there happened to be a huge convention going on. Then later a large wedding party. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed very ill-equipped to handle a large group or really ANY group at all. Not only does the group suffer, but everyone staying in the hotel does as well. The elevators are RIDICULOUSLY small. They have those carts for luggage, but you cannot fit one in the elevators. It took up to 20 minutes to get into any elevator because there are only 2 and only about 4 people can ride at once. Really bad with a conference going on - you literally had to get in a line to use the elevators. The breakfast service could not keep up with the demand of a group and there was almost no food to be had and no place to sit down to eat it. Many people standing in the hallways trying to eat, or going across the hall to the bar, or trying to sit in the lobby. Sometimes there were no plates and no silverware. How can this hotel call itself a "Conference Center", when they have extremely inadequate facilities to handle a conference? Rooms are extremely small - not a modern hotel at all. They claim to be renovated, (maybe they painted at some point in the past?) but this hotel screams OLD and SMALL. It did not seem like a safe area of town. Stay elsewhere.

My husband, daughter, mother-in-law, and myself. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds but there was a mix up. (happens often when I book through travel sites). They were accomidating and gave us a good discount on a second room. Also gave us a couple of vouchers for free drinks. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfy! Only problem was the temperature in the hotel was off. The hallways were hot and the rooms didn't stay a consistent temp. The pool area was nice and the pool was very clean.

I was in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and I really felt as if it was 'a home away from home'. I felt safe and secure and the staff was very friendly. I chose this location because of the free breakfast that was advertised, however, the breakfast does not taste very good and could use some revamping. Also the gym did not have air (it was broken the entire 2 weeks).
