The hotel is very conveniently located, close to State Highway 99 on the north side of Modesto. We had a pleasant little suite with an excellent king size bed, small refrigerator, microwave, and an old style large screen television that rotated so it could be seen either from the bedroom or the sitting room. The room had a fast, free wireless internet connection. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. The central roofed atrium contained a pleasant terrace and an indoor swimming pool. The indoor pool was inviting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it. There's a restaurant and bar with live entertainment inside the hotel. We weren't there on an evening when entertainment had been scheduled, and had arranged to dine elsewhere, so we can't comment on the quality of the food or entertainment at the restaurant. However, we could see that it had a pleasant ambiance. The staff members were uniformly pleasant and helpful. We had the morning newspapers - the Wall Street Journal and USA Today - and an excellent buffet breakfast, all at no extra charge. The room rent was very reasonable for such comfortable accommodations. In all, we were very well satisfied with our stay there.
Clean room, very comfortable bed, nice indoor hottub and pool, very quiet.

Hotel had an interesting setup. All of the rooms surrounded the pool with a type of indoor motel feel. The open area amplified the noise caused by other guests. It did provide a sense of openness, but it also reduced the sense of privacy and security. The room was a little dirty, specifically the bath tub and toilet. I was originally from the area, so the area is well known to have a problem with crime and car break ins. This hotel was the cheapest 3-star chain hotel advertised. I would definitely pay a little more for a hotel in a better neighborhood.

I was here as part of a tournament for my kids and had a great time. The hotel was nice and clean the staff was gracious and the Indoor Pool was a parents saving grace. The kids has a great time playing in the arcade and indoor pool and the parents got to relax have a quiet bite to eat in the restaurant and even got to do some Karaoke in the Bar. Made the hectic weekend a little more fun. We all had a really good time. I especially liked the big flat TV's made watching TV from either bed easy..We will definably return. I strongly recommended this hotel to anyone traveling with kids..or anyone who wants the feeling of escaping, because once you are inside this atrium with the big trees you feel like you are in an oasis far away. We don't come to Modesto much but this is definitely a hidden gem.
