from the day i arrived to the day i left,i was totally satisfied with the resort and its staff,the maid service,bartenders,conceirge,bell captain,and all the employees did a fabulous job.the resort was clean and all transportation was provided in a quick and courteous manner,i plan on going back to the reserve for a future vacation,,,well done!!!:)

Just got back from paradisus palma real RESERVE. This upgraded service is suppose to provide you with beach and poolside concierge. I was there for a week saw a few staff members walking around but not once did anyone ask if I would like a drink. Also I had to offer a few U.S. dollars to the beach boy to all of a sudden have some beach chairs become available!!! The all inclusive restaurants are nothing to get excited about...buffet was better

We arrived to sunshine and champagne. The Paradisus Punta Cana put us in a beautiful room with a ocean view. We enjoyed a week of being pampered and having all our needs met. The best day was my husbands birthday. They arranged for chocolates and champagnein the room and surprised him with a cake and singing at dinner. The customer was outstanding and the facilities were immaculate. I would recommend to anyone wanting to relax and rejuvenate.

I was so impressed with the overall staff friendliness, curiousness, professionalism, and just "Great" Customer Service. ( We need that here in America ) Each day the staff met you with a smile, which made you feel right at home. The landscape was just beautiful, the flowers, the trees, just everything. I have not stopped talking about this hotel since I got back. I hope to one day return.
