I would strongly recommend the Signature! Very clean and well kept, the pool is right outside the lobby with a fully staffed cocktail bar with cute cocktail waitresses. The MGM grand hotel is connected through a convenient breezeway. The location is a $12 cab ride from the airport and close to Planet Hollywood and the Cosmopolitan where the trendy young crowd visits.

I stayed at the Signature for two nights while attending the I Heart Radio Music Festival in Vegas. My room was on the 17th floor and I was happy to get a balcony which looked out towards the Strip. Everything was immaculate. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave (plus the toaster and blender!). I also enjoyed the separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. I was in Tower One so I was only a five minute walk from the MGM Grand. Had to walk all the way through the Casino to get to the Strip so that adds a little. The Lounge on the first floor of Tower One was a great little hideaway and I enjoyed talking to the guys who worked in there. After the show on Friday night several of the production people came in there and it was fun listening to them. Service was great and everyone was wonderful. I had a little glitch because I rushed out the morning of my departure and accidentally left my cell phone (which was plugged in and charging). I realized it once I got through Security at the airport and immediately called the hotel. They sent a driver over with it but the airport wouldn't allow him through Security to find me. So, the security staff Fed Ex'd the phone to me at my home! It arrived well packaged and all OK. For this I am very grateful and very grateful for the lesson! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only drawback is the $20/day resort fee which covers the fitness center, the pools, and two bottles of water in the room per day. If you use all of these you'll get your money's worth but if you don't, it's sort of a waste. Other than that, great experience.

We were booked into Tower #3 and it was a walk to get to the MGM Casino and/or Vegas Strip. Try to make sure you're in Tower 1 if you do book a room here. Other than the walk, the rooms were incredible. They're condos that were not sold so are now hotel rooms. You have a small kitchenette and a huge bathroom. They were also nice to get away from the crowds in the casino and you seemed sort of like at a resort. You still had all the amenities of the MGM plus the privacy.

We usually stay at the Venetian and Palazzo. The suite at the MGM Signature is not as luxuriously appointed, but considering the price vs the prices for the Venetian and Palazzo, it's very good value for the money. The bed is comfortable, the furnishings are new, the kitchenette is well-stocked and sparkling clean. The room was quiet but the glass windows weren't as sound-proof - early in the morning we could hear the music from the pool. We stayed in Tower 1, and it's only a 6-7 min walk to the MGM Grand. The pool complex is the largest I've ever seen (and I've traveled the world staying at the best hotels). Use of the spa facilities (locker room, steam room, sauna, etc) is $25 per day per person. I asked to get a tour of the facilities to decide whether it was even worth going to, and was told by the spa receptionist that I would first have to pay $25. I told her that was ridiculous - no hotel has required that just to get an escorted tour of the facilities. She didn't budge. We went to the buffet for lunch. At $25 per person plus tax, I would've expected much better, but it was only so-so. Save your money and go to the Wynn (where the dinner buffet is $40).
