  • Very Clean, wonderful bed and room layout

    Overall this place was great. the room was amazing and my balcony view strip side was a huge plus. The room and hotel was very clean. I look forward to coming back again in the next few months. Please feel free to make me a regular guest in this great hotel.

    This hotel was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. There were only two issues that I had, first was a cleanliness issue. There were random strands of hair in the sink of both bathrooms (which instantly grosses me out) and one side of the bed had a very faint smell of throw up, like someone up-chucked and it didn't get cleaned up fast enough, so it's stuck in the carpet. - However, as a disclaimer, I'm a super clean freak, so the hair in the sink, probably wouldn't bother most people, and it didn't bother me too much b/c I always clean the bathrooms before I use them anyways. The other issue that I had was that you had to park valet. If you parked in self-parking, you had to walk through the whole MGM Hotel, which sounds lazy, unless you've stayed there before. It's not a big deal if you're only staying for a weekend or you're not leaving the Strip, but we stayed for a week, and we left the Strip often. I think I probably spend $100 just in valet tips. Finally, the hotel was very quiet but the last night we were there, we had some punk college kids upstairs and they were yelling off their balcony at like 5 in the morning. After asking them to be quiet and being called a few choice words, I decided to call the front desk- who sent up security. It didn't stop so we had to call security 2 more times, eventually they removed the guest around 6 am.

    It was worth every penny. I was impressed by the level of professionalism the staff exhibited, as well as the cleaning crew. Suites were clean and VERY comfortable. I definitely will be staying here again.

    This was my first trip to Vegas, so I can't compare the Signature to other hotels, but I found my experience to be outstanding. The front desk was always willing to help or have extras sent up, the concierge was awesome in getting us tickets to the show we wanted to see, it was close to almost everywhere we wanted to go and getting a taxi was fast and easy. But most importantly, they really, really went out of their way for me when I was heading back home. The airport shuttle service just never showed up and I was at major risk of missing my red eye flight. One of the Signature staff drove me to the airport at no charge and without my asking. Just because they wanted to make sure that I didn't miss my flight and because they were THAT dedicated to customer service. I'll never stay anywhere else just for that alone. I couldn't believe they'd go that far out of their way for one person. Great, great experience, Signature!
