My stay at The Signature was great. The front desk employees were very polite and remembered our names, we felt like superstars, it's a shame the accounting department, collections and charge back dept were not trained by the same. When I got home I noticed they had not given me back the refundable deposit, I called the accounting department, they tried to justify why I was not getting the $$$$ back, it went from being a room order charge to a upgrade charge to a misc. charge that could not be itemized, then it was a spa charge that had already been paid for with another card, I spoke with someone in the charge back department that told me unless I can prove that I was charged 2x for the spa it is a legit charge. I have sent proof 5x to the Signature proving that the charge is incorrect. I finally turned it over to my bank to fight and The Signature sent them a statement showing that they had paid me the deposit back. I called The Signature to find out what happened to the funds, I was told I cashed the check, I asked for them to fax a copy to me and my bank and it was never sent. After 4 months of being given the run around I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General. Maybe I will have better luck.

The Signature was a really lovely place. The staff was very kind, accomodating our last minute changes due to weather. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The bed even allowed my husband the insomniac to get some sleep! I particularly liked not staying in a casino, I hate to walk through all those slot machines just to get to my room. But, located next to the Grand, we were still near the monorail. It all really made for a great vacation.

I am a very picky person and could not find a thing wrong with this hotel. The room was immaculate. The staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 32nd floor with a great view. We did not hear a peep out of anyone on our floor the whole time we were there (four days), which I think is very unusual for a Vegas hotel. Fabulous shower. There is an in-room safe which came in handy. I am not a ""walker"" at all and did not mind the distance from the hotel to the casino. We did have a problem with our TV remote. It was about 11 pm and the maintenance person was up to our room within 5 mins to fix the cable. Staff very attentive to every need. I would highly recommend!

From the time we arrived until the time we left the staff at MGM Signature was awesome. The front desk was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of the hotel. We were treated well from everyone including housekeepers. The pool staff was great. Everyone seemed eager to help make our stay memerable, And that it was. It was great. The most important thing to us was the cleanliness of where we were staying and The Signature exceeded our expectations. We are planning to visit Las Vegas again soon and will be staying at The SIgnature. Thank you for making our stay a great one. Kevin Evans

My wife and I stayed at the Signature 2-8 August 2008. Our only complaint was the bed was lumpy. Otherwise, highly recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Vegas. Be aware that the distances from the towers to the MGM Grand Casino and facilities can be very long. The service was great and the staff, all of them, were helpful, courteous and professional. Would stay here again.
