    After reading all the pleasant reviews, we decided to give The Signature a try. I was highly disappointed and I don't know where to begin. 1 - The walk was too long; it'll takes about 10-15 minutes just to get to the casino at MGM Grand. Imagine you want to go to the strip. Make sure you have good/comfortable shoes at all times. 2 - Hidden fees that wasn't told at the time of check in. We were charged for $20 plus tax per day for internet and some other fees that we didn't even use (and, hence, ""it is mandatory!!!"") I didn't have that problem when I stayed at other hotels. 3 - Service and staff. 50% of the staff didn't make me feel I was welcome. They answered my questions with the whatever attitude, even though they tried to make it look polite. When I went to their spa/salon, I stood there waiting at the front desk; they ignored me and helped others instead... I had to move up to their face to get noticed. After they directed me to the other location, the service was even worse; how should i put it, they treated me as if I couldn't afford the service. At the time of my entrance, it was 1:27 and they put me down for appointment telling me it was available at 1:30, I waited for 15 min (1:45) to get my service ( while the lady that came in behind me got serviced ASAP

    Great place to stay, I'm not all about going to Las Vegas to gamble so being slightly off the beaten path was nice. The staff was outstanding and always very pleasant at any time of the day. Stay here you won't regret it!

    We have stayed all over the strip, but this is our favorite. Rooms are spacious, staff is top rate. Loved the quietness and being able to get away from the strip when you want to. Pool wasn't as crowded as bigger hotels. The food on premises was very good and not as pricey as I would have thought. Plus you are just a short walk away from all the action. Will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vegas.

    This hotel excelled in everyway. Our room exceeded my expectations and was well stocked with amenities (there is a $20 resort charge; so they are very generous with them). We used the jacuzzi everyday. The hotel staff, housekeeping, etc were very helpful and we had a great time just walking through and taking in the beautiful buildings in Vegas. A highlight for us was going to the George Wallace Show and also driving to the Grand Canyon West Rim.
