We came from near-Asia (8,000 miles) for a 3-day conference. Extended to 11 days to see family and friends. Staff were consistent in responsiveness (quick/competent), quality (excellent) and always ending with the question ""is there anything else we can do for you?"" Shows excellent training as well as ongoing commitment to quallity in all aspects of the facility.

This Hotel rocks ! Upon check in, the bellhop beat us to the room ! Talk about service ! The facility is extremely nice and very clean , and it is easy to get to. What i liked the most is that it is so close to the strip, but it's like you were in the middle of nowhere. It is isolated from all the hustle and bustle. And the entrance is gated so you dont have all the traffic coming and going like everywhere else. Also if you want to gamble or eat, there is an indoor walkway/escalator sidewalk you can take to the main floor of the MGM Grand Casino. You are isolated from the casino here too, The only way you can get to this walkway is with your room key. I will most definitely stay here when I come back to Las Vegas ! Talk to the concierge desk if you need ANY info. They are Very Helpful !

Juset stayed 3 nights at the Signature at MGM over Thanksgiving and would do so again. We stayed in Junior suites which were very nice; bathroom was huge and we had a balcony in one of our rooms. Fitness center is very nice and, although our tower (Tower 3) didn't have a lounge, Tower 1 did. The walk to the MGM casino was a litte long but about half of it is via an escalator. Tower 3 is farthest from the casino and I guess if we had our ""druthers"" we'd ask for Tower 2 next time. It's a few minutes closer. There is a $20 per night fee per room which we were not told about before but it wasn't a big deal. Would stay there again for sure.
