Everything was perfect. Staff was always able to meet and often exceed our expectations. A nice refreshing break from the hustle of MGM main tower. Room service was worth every penny. Staff ended every conversation with ""Is there any thing else I can do?"" Front desk took care of all our details. Even made the private signature pools available during snow. Each tower had its own unique design and were all decorated for the Christmas season. Stayed in Tower 2 and had room with balcony with breathtaking view of strip. There was nothing they could not do or provide. Addressed us by name, and made us feel welcome every night upon our arrival back to our ""oasis."" Excellent housekeeping, room was spotless, (even organized dirty cloths!) We felt miles away in our suite even though we were only steps away from everything. DelightsDeli in Tower 2 is pricey but excellent. MGM Grand was also one of our favorite casinos and places to be at night. Young but sophisticated and very up beat. Friendly dealers and through the week, the drinks arrived every 2 seconds! Zuri has the best mojitos in Vegas and an awesome cigar collection. David Copperfield is a MUST see. Fiamma was excellent and Emeri's was everything we could ever want in a restaurant. MGM Grand and especially The Signature at MGM Grand are truly pinnacles of perfection.

My family and I took a trip to Las Vegas this past Christmas and decided to stay at the Signature for the great value and the good reviews from travel books and online travel website. And I will say that they did not disappoint. It's not as busy as say the Bellagio or the Venetian... but this was great for us since the strip was stimuli overload. The staff at the Signature was pleasant and friendly. The gym was great too. Each machine has its own TV! The room was great although wi-fi access was temperamental. In terms of location - it's right off the Las Vegas Strip but is within walking distance to the MGM Grand, New York, New York and other hotels in the south strip.
