02/18/2009The signature is a beautiful hotel on the vegas strip. the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was wonderful! it was a very enjoyable experience.

The signature was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The breaskfast buffet at the MGM was great. The only complaint is it is a bit off the strip. Alot of walking. The most important to me is that it is clean and comfortable.

My wife and I went down to Las Vegas over Valentine's Day weekend for two nights. The hotel was clean, excellent service, and beautiful rooms. I had only a few complaints - (1) $20 resort fee per day - I hadn't seen this on travel website's page though it is there in the description. I feel like these things should be included in your room price. I was told, when asking to opt out of use, that it was a ""mandatory fee"". (2) Pool hours are only 9-3 which is pitifully short compared to some of the other resorts ... I wonder if it's longer in the summer season - you can go to use the facilities at the regular MGM resort which are open 9-5. Aside from these hiccups, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended and I will probably still return despite the issues above.

The Signature was a very nice place to stay. The room was as nice as the pictures on the website. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Having a kitchen for a longer stay was very nice. We were able to eat breakfast in the room each morning and have snacks during the day. The bathroom was very nice and large. The Jacuzzi tub was easily big enough for two. The balcony was small and not really designed to put a chair out side but the view was really nice. The workout facilities in tower 1 and 3 were very nice as well. The only downside to the Signature was the location. We were in tower 3 which is the furthest from the casino and ends up being about 3 blocks from the Strip. It was easily a 10 minute fast walk to the casino floor and about 15 just to the strip which might not sound bad but if you're coming and going from your room much, you'll get plenty of exercise. We used cabs more this trip than in the past. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend it to someone else. Be sure to utilize the check-in station at the airport. It was nice to already have keys to the room before we got there. Be sure and ask for a nice view as well. Tourism is down in Vegas right now and they're willing to be more accommodating to guests these days.

This hotel should be a 5 Star Hotel, not a 4.5 star.We stayed in Tower 3 of the Signature MGM. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Being in Tower 3 made us walk a little more than being in any of the other towers, but that only added a little to our walking overall. The lobby was quiet, since they do not have a restaurant in this tower, but only a short distance is a deli in Tower 2. The fitness center was well equipped, although we did so much walking in Vegas, we were too tired out to use it! My only complaint if you can call it was that our balcony overlooked major construction going on. To get to the Las Vegas Strip, we passed through The MGM Grand Hotel. MGM has a food court if you want a McDonald hamburger or a cheap breakfast or lunch, pizza, Starbucks or a expensive Nathan's Hotdog. We ate at Emeril's, which has friendly, experienced servers and great food. I had the salmon, my husband had the pork tenderloin. The Grand Buffett had a really good breakfast (the only time we ate there) The staff that cleared the tables and served at the various bars were very friendly and effecient. We saw KA, a show at MGM. It was awesome and well worth the money to see it. MGM had all of the major restaurants that the Signature didn't have, plus it had all of the noise, people and high volume of traffic that the Signature didn't have. If you are looking for a upper level hotel without Smoking, Ding Dings of slot machines, that has friendly, effecient staff, luxury accomadations, then this is your new favorite Vegas hotel. We will stay here again.
