Stayed in Tower 3 the newer tower. Great Atmosphere beautifully decorated nice not to have the hustle and bustle walking through endless casinos. MGM Grand was a short 3 min walk Great Pools Views of the strip.....nice to have full kitchen and all utensils.

I have stayed at this Hotel everytime we go for our vacation in November 2 years straight. This hotel has everything you can possibly think of. You are treated like a royal King the moment you step in to this hotel. Since this hotel is a bit more hidden you dont have to wait long lines to check in. As a matter of fact the last 3 times we have gone every year there has been no wait. The Junior suite is very comfortable and roomy. The room has a mini jacuzzi that is very relaxing. Me and my fiancee ordered some beers just for fun and they brought our beers in a bucket with ice which I thought was great. Very Clean Very Comfortable Bed and nice size plasma to watch your favorite shows. Book this hotel in November where it is absolutely the best weather. During the day is around 70 and nights are 50.

First time to Vegas, looked at a lot of hotels before deciding on the Signature. We stayed 7 nights and will stay here again next time we come. Hotel, room and grounds were very clean, most comfortable bed I have slept in at any hotel, the bathroom with it's large jac. was a plus. Yes there is a little walk to the casino but where isn't there a walk in vegas , everything is huge. We looked at several other hotels while we were there and we will be returning to the Signature.

Simply, here is the way things went for us. First, the hotel people lost our luggage eventhough we had our claim ticket. They couldn't locate them for the first hour till my husband went down and had to search among hundreds of luggage till he found them himself and that took a way the two hours of sunshine we had to go swimming. Second, They wouldn't clean our room eventhough we would leave for 7 hours and push the houskeeping button for service, it took a few calls and that was repeated every day of our stay and for the last two days, we just had to clean up and organize ourselves. Third, they charged us for $20.00 a day for coffee and newspaper after they told me they charge this amount for the whole stay. Moreover, they didn't provide us with coffee (2 cups worth) where we had to go down and purchase our coffee from Starbucks at the hotel itself, therefore, we ended up spending $40.00 aday for coffee, and also, we never saw the newspaper. Fourth, I was told there was a shuttle to the airport that comes at 6 am, when we went down to check out, there was no one at the desk. We were told to walk to another tower for the shuttle. After we walked to tower 2, we were told that they don't have a shuttle. As we were running out of time, we asked them to call a taxi for us and no one responded. I guess they couldn't understand us since we didn't have cash in our hands to spread among them.

I loved this hotel, especially for the money. My boyfriend and I wanted a place that would be quieter than the usual strip hotels, but where we could use the gym and facilities without paying a surcharge for each day (though to be fair, here we did pay a $20/night resort fee - but to use the gym at strip hotels it would have been $17/day per person - - ouch!). We got a lot in this hotel - a large room with a full kitchen (that was fully equipped), very comfortable bed, view of the pool and strip, etc. BUT, we needed to print something and went to the business center and none of the terminals were working. We had to go through 3 people who could not help us (and I felt, did very little to try)
