11/06/2012Really i have no words just speechless. great hotel our suite was just perfect. kichenette, jacuzzi, stand up shower. great friendly staff. felt like i was at home!!

10/30/2012Had a penthouse suite and every thing was great except upon check out the computer system was down so we told them we would pay cash and not to charge ...
had a penthouse suite and every thing was great except upon check out the computer system was down so we told them we would pay cash and not to charge the credit card on file. we paid came back 2 pick up luggage and they had charged the card anyway! Not good

Our room was lovely, the hotel staff very professional, everything is very well thought-out. Access to small pools that are right there at the Signature Towers but an easy walk through covered, climate controlled passageways to the MGM Grand Casibno and the wonderful pool complex. Being morning people, we'd rise, put on our swimsuits (and cover-ups) to to the lobby of Signature Tower 1, stop at Starbucks for coffee & rolls, and head to the pool complex. We greeted each lovely warm morning this way and it was PERFECT except for one small item: The MGM Grand seems to think that very LOUD house music is appropriate at 9 and 10AM. I'd just like to point out that some slightly more mature folks are a bit old for that and some of teh young folks that happen to be awake at that hour are HUNGOVER! Dial it back a bit, MGM Grand! The Signature Tower was perfect otherwise. I highly recommend it.
